What sizes are the lockers?

Locker dimensions measure 8.5in H x 12.5in W x 20.5in D. This is enough space for about 2 backpacks or 2 coats.

Can I go in and out of my locker multiple times?

Yes. You’ll control your locker access from your phone. You may open and close your locker as many times as you’d like during your rental period.

Where are the lockers located?

Depends on the venue. Visit our Venues page for specific details pertaining to each location.

What if my locker won't open?

Contact venue staff onsite immediately if you are having trouble accessing your locker.

Can I reserve more than one locker for an event?

How do I reserve a locker?

Getting started is simple. Reserve online before the show at the venue where your show takes place or scan the QR code onsite at the lockers area to get started. You’ll complete a short process on your phone that takes about 1 minute and then you’ll have everything you need to control your locker directly from your phone and share you access with friends.

Can I get a refund for my locker?

Please contact venue staff for questions or concerns with your locker experience onsite, during the event. Venue staff will assist you to make sure you can access and utilize your smart locker with ease. They will troubleshoot and field any customer service inquiries onsite. For post-show inquiries, refer to the venue contact info to discuss your locker experience. Most of our partners adhere to an all sales are final policy and do not offer refunds.

What happens if an event is cancelled, postponed or changes venue? 

If an event that you purchase a locker rental for is cancelled, you will receive a refund for your locker purchase. If an event that you purchase a locker rental for is postponed, your locker rental will be transferred to the new event date and time. If an event that you purchase a locker rental for changes venues, you will receive a refund for your locker purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation and funds should be received to the payment source within 14 business days from date of process.

Are there any items that are prohibited from being stored within the lockers?

Each venue has a Prohibited Items list. No item listed on the Venue’s Prohibited Items list is permissible to be stored inside of the lockers. In any cases, no weapons, flammables, explosives, drug paraphernalia, food or beverages are permissible to be stored inside of the lockers.

Can I reserve a locker before the show? Can I reserve a locker at the event? 

Yes to both. You may reserve a locker online before the show by going to this link and following the prompt to complete your rental purchase. At the event, head to the lockers area and scan the QR code posted on or around the locker bank and follow the prompt to complete your rental purchase.
